Social Workers required for work within the Adult Community Team in the beautiful South Devon area. Exciting opportunity in a lovely coastal area. Flexible, hybrid working arrangements.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Social Worker practitioner who has experience of working with Adults with a wide range of presenting needs. You will be based in a well- supported/managed team.
Ability to respond promptly, carry out proportionate assessment and recording, working closely with community colleagues and health partners as required. Skills in Mental Capacity Assessment, establishing Best Interests and safeguarding.
You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
