Qualified Social Worker - Adults Locality Team - £33 per hour - Worcestershire Council

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker (Level 2 or 3) to join the Adults Locality Team at Worcestershire Council

Key Responsibilities:

Complete Care Act assessments and reviews

Develop person-centred care and support plans

Promote independence, wellbeing, and reablement

Work with carers and multi-agency partners

Manage safeguarding and mental capacity concerns

Support service users in community settings

Requirements:

SWE registration

At least 2 years of post-qualifying experience in adult social care

Strong knowledge of the Care Act, MCA, and safeguarding processes

? Rate: £33 per hour
