Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the Family Help Team for Enfield Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of Social Workers and support staff delivering services to children and families.
* Provide supervision, guidance, and performance management to ensure high-quality practice and positive outcomes.
* Oversee assessments, child in need plans, child protection plans, and early intervention support for children and families.
* Ensure statutory responsibilities are met in line with legislation, policies, and procedures.
* Monitor caseloads, practice standards, and performance indicators to ensure effective service delivery.
* Work collaboratively with partner agencies to safeguard children and promote family resilience.
* Support the development of staff through coaching, mentoring, and reflective supervision.

Pay Rate:
* £45.20 p/h Umb

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent.
* Social Work England Registration.
* Previous management or supervisory experience within Childrens Social Care.
* Experience within Family Help, Early Help, Safeguarding, Child Protection, or Assessment services.
* Strong knowledge of relevant childcare legislation, safeguarding procedures, and statutory guidance.
