Devon County Council is creating a temporary, specialist team looking to support improved response and resolution in relation to complaints and disputes. We are looking to appoint 3 EHCP Partners to support this team, they will support conversations with families and education settings, create complaint responses, ensuring they support meaningful resolution and reduce the likelihood of repeat complaints.

significant experience and expertise in the statutory processes relating to EHC plans and also understands the need to work with families and schools in a relational way to support resolution.
