Barnsley - QSW - CP/ locality Team
EDEN BROWN SYENRGY is currently looking for an experienced & committed Social Worker for Barnsley Council , offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a well-established CP/Locality Team
PAY RATE : Upto £35.00 p/h (Umb)
Roles & Responsibilities (R&R):
- Conduct assessments of children and families to identify safeguarding needs.
- Develop, implement, and review care plans in line with statutory requirements.
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency teams to support children at risk.
- Attend case conferences, strategy meetings, and court hearings as required.
- Provide advice, guidance, and support to children, parents, and carers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with council policies.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and services.
Essential Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
- At least 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
- Social Work England Registration.
- Driving license and access to own vehicle.
