Barnet - QSW - Safeguarding Team - £32 p/h Umb
Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the Safeguarding Team for Barnet Council.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Undertake safeguarding enquiries in line with the Care Act 2014 and local safeguarding procedures.
* Manage a caseload of adults with complex needs, ensuring risks are appropriately assessed and managed.
* Complete strengths-based assessments, support plans, and Mental Capacity Assessments where required.
* Work collaboratively with health professionals, care providers, families, and partner agencies to safeguard vulnerable adults.
* Participate in safeguarding meetings, case conferences, and multi-agency risk management processes.
* Maintain accurate and timely case records, reports, and assessments in accordance with statutory requirements.
Pay Rate:
* £32 p/h Umb
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent.
* Social Work England Registration.
* Experience within Adult Social Care, specifically Safeguarding.
* Sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and safeguarding legislation.
* Ability to manage complex cases and work effectively within a multi-agency environment.
