Barnet - Senior SW / AP - CIC Team - £39.04 p/h Umb
Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Social Worker / Advanced Practitioner to join the Children in Care (CIC) Team for Barnet Council.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage a caseload of Children in Care, ensuring statutory visits, reviews, and care plans are completed within timescales.
* Undertake comprehensive assessments and develop robust, outcome-focused care and pathway plans.
* Lead on complex and high-risk cases, providing expert practice support within the team.
* Work in partnership with children, families, carers, and multi-agency professionals to achieve permanence and stability.
* Prepare high-quality court reports and contribute to care proceedings where required.
* Maintain accurate, up-to-date case recordings in line with statutory and local authority requirements.

* Hybrid working
Pay Rate:
* £39.04 p/h Umbrella
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3+ years' experience in children's social care, ideally within Children in Care
* Experience working at Senior Social Worker or Advanced Practitioner level
* Social Work England Registration
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation, including Children Act 1989 and care planning regulations
