Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Locality Team for Barnet Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of children and families, undertaking assessments and delivering timely interventions.
* Complete Child in Need, Child Protection, Looked After Children, and court work where required.
* Undertake statutory visits, risk assessments, and develop outcome-focused care plans.
* Work closely with children, families, and multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes and safeguard children.
* Prepare high-quality reports for court, child protection conferences, strategy meetings, and other statutory forums.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case recordings in line with statutory requirements and local authority procedures.
* Apply relevant legislation, policies, and safeguarding procedures to support effective decision-making.

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working.

Pay Rate:
* £32 p/h Umb.

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent.
* Minimum 3 years experience within Childrens Social Care.
* Experience working within a Locality, Assessment, Child Protection, or Children & Families Team.
* Social Work England Registration.
* Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures.
