Bexley - Senior Prac - Family Help Team - £39.04 p/h Umb
Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Senior Practitioner to join the Family Help Team for Bexley Council.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day practice leadership and support to Social Workers within the Family Help Team.
* Hold a reduced caseload of complex children and families, completing assessments and interventions where required.
* Support practitioners with safeguarding, risk assessment, and complex case management.
* Promote relationship-based, restorative practice to improve outcomes for children and families.
* Work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery.
* Assist the Team Manager with quality assurance, mentoring, and the development of best practice across the team.
* Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and best practice guidance.
Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working.
Pay Rate:
* £39.04 p/h Umbrella.
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent.
* Social Work England Registration.
* Significant post-qualified experience within Childrens Social Care.
* Previous experience within a Family Help, Safeguarding, Child Protection, or Child in Need Team.
* Experience supporting or mentoring Social Workers and managing complex casework.
* Strong knowledge of childrens legislation, safeguarding procedures, and statutory guidance.
