Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Family Help Team for Achieving for Children.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage a varied caseload of children and families requiring support, safeguarding, and statutory intervention.
* Complete Child and Family Assessments, statutory visits, Child in Need, Child Protection, and PLO work where required.
* Develop and implement outcome-focused care and support plans to improve the safety and wellbeing of children.
* Build effective relationships with children, families, and partner agencies to deliver coordinated and child-focused interventions.
* Prepare reports for Child Protection Conferences, court proceedings, and other statutory meetings.
* Maintain accurate and timely case records in accordance with statutory requirements and local authority policies.
* Ensure all work is completed in accordance with relevant legislation, policies, and best practice guidance.

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working.

Pay Rate:
* £37.52 p/h Umbrella.

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent.
* Social Work England Registration.
* Significant post-qualified experience within Childrens Social Care.
* Previous experience within a Family Help, Child Protection, Child in Need, Assessment, or Safeguarding Team.
* Strong knowledge of the Children Act 1989, Working Together to Safeguard Children, and relevant statutory guidance.
