To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in social work, particularly within locality teams or child protection.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse populations.
