The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Recognized social work qualification (e.g., degree in social work or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable experience in child protection and safeguarding.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with families and professionals.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, frameworks, and best practices in social work.
