As the Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality social work services. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing supervision, support, and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders to promote effective multi-agency working.

The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Significant experience in child protection, children in need, or related areas.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
