Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Team Manager to join the Family Safeguarding Team for Lambeth Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and supervise a team of Social Workers, Senior Social Workers, and support staff.
* Oversee complex Child in Need, Child Protection, and court proceedings, ensuring high standards of safeguarding practice.
* Provide effective supervision, case oversight, and decision-making to support positive outcomes for children and families.
* Monitor team performance, workload allocation, and compliance with statutory legislation, policies, and procedures.
* Work collaboratively with partner agencies to ensure effective multi-agency safeguarding and intervention planning.
* Contribute to service development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working.

Pay Rate:
* £45.20 p/h Umb.

Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent.
* Social Work England Registration.
* Significant post-qualifying experience within Childrens Social Care.
* Previous Team Manager or Assistant Team Manager experience within a Family Safeguarding or Safeguarding Team.
* Thorough knowledge of relevant childcare legislation, safeguarding procedures, and performance management.
