Greenwich - QSW - Family Safeguarding Team - £37.52 p/h Umb
Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Social Worker to join the Family Safeguarding Team for the Royal Borough of Greenwich.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of children and families requiring safeguarding intervention and support.
* Undertaking assessments in line with statutory frameworks, including Child in Need, Child Protection, and court work.
* Identifying risk and ensuring timely and appropriate safeguarding actions are implemented.
* Working closely with families to promote positive outcomes and reduce risk.
* Preparing high-quality reports for court and attending legal proceedings where required.
* Working within a multi-agency environment to ensure coordinated service delivery.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in line with statutory requirements.

* Hybrid working
Pay Rate:
* £37.52 p/h Umbrella
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Minimum 3 years' experience in children's social care
* Experience within Safeguarding / Child Protection teams
* Social Work England Registration
* Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures
