As a Qualified Social Worker within our Family Support North Hub Team, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with multi-agency partners to ensure a holistic approach to family support.
  • Managing a caseload effectively, ensuring timely and accurate documentation of casework.
  • Providing guidance, support, and supervision to less experienced staff and students.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
  • Current Social Work England registration.
  • Experience in working with families, preferably in a social work setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and best practices in social work.
