Staffordshire - QSW/SP - Duty Hub Team
Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Qualified Social Worker / Senior Practitioner to join the Duty Hub Team at Staffordshire County Council.
Pay Rate: Up to £33.30 per hour (Umbrella)
Location: WV8 1PX, Staffordshire
This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy Duty Hub Team, working at the front door of Children's Services to ensure children and families receive the right support at the right time. You will be responsible for screening referrals, undertaking safeguarding assessments, managing risk and making informed threshold decisions in line with statutory guidance.
You will work closely with partner agencies, complete timely assessments and contribute to effective care planning to safeguard children and promote positive outcomes.
Key Skills Required:
* Experience within Duty, Assessment, MASH or Front Door Children's Services
* Strong safeguarding, assessment and risk management skills
* Experience screening referrals and making threshold decisions
* Ability to manage a fast-paced workload and prioritise effectively
* Excellent communication, report writing and multi-agency working skills
* Social Work England registration required
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Registered with Social Work England
* Previous experience within Children's Services
* Experience as a Qualified Social Worker or Senior Practitioner
