Family Support Worker -Child Protection -North Somerset
We are currently seeking an experienced Family Support Worker to join a busy Children Team based in North Somerset. Part Time role - 18 hours per week , 6 month+ contracts and an exceptional rate of pay at £22ph. Good transport links off the M5.Flexible hybrid working
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a family support worker to join a busy Children's team in North Somerset. The suitable candidate will work alongside children, young people and families and allocated social workers, to join our teams and deliver support and interventions. Duties would also include supporting duty social workers, delivery direct support to children and young people at home and in care, supervising contact/family time and bringing family networks together to plan support.
FSW will undertake EHCP social care advice assessments for any families seeking advice who are not known to children's services. Candidates for this role should preferably be an unqualified social worker looking to get back into work but not front line.
You will be SWE registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
