The ideal candidate will possess essential qualifications and skills, including:
- A relevant social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with adults in a social work context, particularly in transitions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
