  • Conducting thorough assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
  • Developing and implementing effective care plans in collaboration with families and other professionals.
  • Managing a caseload of vulnerable children and families, ensuring timely and appropriate interventions.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in accordance with local and national standards.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to safeguarding strategies.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in children's social work, particularly in safeguarding.
  • Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to working collaboratively with families and professionals.
