Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and supervising a team of Kinship Care Assistants, providing guidance and support to enhance their professional development.

- Collaborating with other professionals and agencies to create comprehensive support plans tailored to the needs of children and their families.
- Facilitating training sessions and workshops to empower staff and promote best practices within the team.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, DipSW).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in social work, particularly in kinship care or child protection.
- Strong leadership and management abilities, with a proven track record of team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with children, families, and professionals.
