- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, CSS).
- Registration with Social Work England (SWE).
- Demonstrable experience in children's social work, particularly within a family support context.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and families.
