Social Work - Child Protection Team - North Somerset
Social Worker required for work within the child protection team in the beautiful council of North Somerset, Located between the vibrant cities of Bristol and the stunning Somerset countryside, North Somerset offers the perfect balance between work and lifestyle. With excellent transport links and beautiful surroundings, it's a fantastic place to live and work.. Competitive rates of pay with a basic rate of up to £38ph with much higher rates for unsocial hours. 37 hours per week. 3 month minimum contract with options to extend. 3 days in the office to be required.

The successful candidate will thrive on creative thinking and problem solving and enjoy working autonomously. You will possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to identify risk and prioritise accordingly whilst remaining calm and know when to escalate concerns to your team leader.
You will be Social Work England registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK
