We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Children's TM for our Doncaster location in the Care (Qualified) field. As a Children's TM, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and support to children in our facility.

Key responsibilities and duties:

  • Developing and implementing age-appropriate activities and programs to stimulate the physical, social, and emotional development of children.
  • Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children under your care.
  • Building positive relationships with children, their families, and colleagues.
  • Observing and documenting children's progress and behavior to ensure individualized care.
  • Collaborating with other staff members to create a cohesive and supportive team environment.

Essential qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in Children's Services or a related field.
  • Valid Working with Children Check and First Aid certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
  • Passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
