Social Worker required for work within the Childrens plus/Leaving care Team as a Social worker in the Caerphilly area. Competitive rates of pay up to £38.76ph. 37 hours a week. Flexible hybrid working arrangements
This role is within the 16plus team and therefore experience of this area of work as a social worker is essential. To deliver services to children and families in accordance with their assessed needs, and based on the assessment plan which has been agreed to meet those needs, and in accordance with statutory and directorate requirements.
You will be Social Worker Wales registered, ideally a driver with access to own car and able to reside and work in the UK.
