As a key member of the social work department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and intervention to patients and their families during their hospital stay.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
- Conducting assessments to determine the needs of patients and develop care plans
- Providing emotional support and counseling to patients and families
- Liaising with healthcare professionals and external agencies to coordinate services
- Advocating for patients' rights and ensuring their well-being

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- Qualified Social Worker with a recognized social work qualification
- Registered with Social Work England
