Senior Practitioner - Camden - £35.60 per hour
We are also seeking a Senior Practitioner to join Camden's Adult Social Care Neighbourhood teams.

Key Details:
Rate: £35.60 per hour

Location: Camden Neighbourhoods

Experience: 5+ years, with senior practice or management responsibilities

About the Role:
You will lead on complex cases, support colleagues with supervision and mentoring, and play a key role in shaping future service delivery. Your responsibilities include managing a small caseload, overseeing practice quality (especially for out-of-borough placements), and deputising for the Team Manager when required.

You will also:

Provide professional consultation and policy guidance

Line manage and supervise up to 6 staff

Promote best practice and drive service improvement

Encourage positive risk-taking and person-centred care planning

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience leading teams or managing senior-level casework

Ability to balance operational duties with strategic input

Strong understanding of safeguarding, legislation, and professional standards
