Job Title: Community Wellbeing Social Worker - Adult Social Care
Location: Hereford City, Ross-on-Wye, or Leominster (choose your preference)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: £35,235 - £39,513 per annum
Bonus: £3,000 Welcome Payment (T&Cs apply)

The Role:
Join a supportive and forward-thinking team within Herefordshire's Community Wellbeing Directorate. We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated Social Workers who thrive in a fast-paced adult social care environment.

You will work across a diverse client group including older adults, adults with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and mental health needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Care Act assessments and strengths-based support planning

Safeguarding adults (Section 42 enquiries)

CHC and Section 117 processes

Mental Capacity Assessments & Community DoLS

Working collaboratively with health, housing, and community partners

Opportunities to develop specialist skills and progression pathways
