We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join the Adults Disability Services team in Dudley.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a complex caseload within Adults Disability Services
Undertake Care Act assessments, reviews, and support planning
Lead on safeguarding enquiries and risk assessments
Provide supervision and support to junior staff where required
Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams
Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
Significant experience within Adult Social Care, ideally in disability services
Strong knowledge of the Care Act, MCA, and safeguarding processes
Ability to manage complex cases independently
