Nottingham City Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Adults Transformation Team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative practices that improve outcomes for adults across Nottingham.

Key Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with relevant experience in adult services
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
Willingness to travel within and outside the council area as required
Strong assessment, planning, and intervention skills
