Durham - Sr. QSW - MASH Team
EDEN BROWN SYENRGY is currently looking for an experienced & committed Sr. Social Worker for Durham County Council, offering an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a well-established MASH Team.
Roles & Responsibilities (R&R):
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for children and families, identifying needs and risks.
- Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with children, families, and other professionals.
- Monitor and review cases to ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and support.
- Work closely with schools, health services, and other agencies to provide holistic support.
- Provide professional guidance and mentorship to junior staff and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records in line with council policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure continuous professional development.
Essential Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
- At least 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
- Social Work England Registration.
- Driving license and access to own vehicle.
