Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify the needs of young adults and their families.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognised social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registered with Social Work England.
  • Experience working with young adults and knowledge of the challenges they face during the transition to adulthood.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse groups.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a caseload effectively.
