Middlesbrough - Adults Social Worker - Community Team

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in adult social care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and resilience.
