To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (Degree or equivalent).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience working with adults in a community setting.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
