As a QSW in the Commissioning Reviews Team, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and circumstances.
- Developing and reviewing care plans, ensuring they meet the needs of service users.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective service delivery.
- Providing expert advice and support to service users, families, and other stakeholders.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in accordance with local policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in social work, particularly within commissioning or review settings.
- Strong assessment and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to teamwork.
