Join our dedicated Safeguarding Team in Worcestershire as an Adult's Social Worker, where you will play a crucial role in protecting and supporting vulnerable adults within our community. As an Adult's Social Worker, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments to identify the needs and risks of vulnerable adults.
  • Developing and implementing safeguarding plans in accordance with legislation and best practices.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including health services, law enforcement, and community organizations.
  • Providing support and guidance to individuals and their families, ensuring they understand their rights and available services.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records, ensuring compliance with local policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, CQSW, or equivalent).
  • Current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in adult safeguarding and knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a commitment to person-centered practice.
