    Working Model: Bradford (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in office)
    Contract: Full-Time Permanent
    Salary: (£38,220 - £46,142 per annual)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied caseload across Child in Need, Child Protection, and Care Proceedings
  • Undertake high-quality assessments and develop effective care plans
  • Progress cases through Pre-Proceedings and Public Law Outline (PLO) where required
  • Work collaboratively with families and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with children and families
  • Ensure all practice is child-centred, timely, and in line with statutory requirements

About You

We are looking for Social Workers who:

  • Have experience within Child in Need, Child Protection, and Care Proceedings
  • Are confident working within Pre-Proceedings / PLO
  • Demonstrate strong assessment, analysis, and decision-making skills
  • Are resilient and able to manage complex and demanding caseloads
  • Are committed to delivering relational, child-focused practice

Working Arrangements

  • Hybrid working model
  • Minimum 3 days per week in the office
  • Flexible full-time or part-time (18.5 hours) options available

Essential Requirements:

  • Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
  • At least 2 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
  • Social Work England Registration.
  • Driving license and access to own vehicle.
