To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, DipSW, MSc in Social Work).
- Current registration with Social Work England.
- Significant experience in children's social work, particularly within a locality or safeguarding setting.
- Strong assessment and intervention skills, with a thorough understanding of relevant legislation and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, families, and professionals.
