Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Social Services
Location: Sutton (Hybrid Working)
Rate: £36.54 per hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a Social Services team in Sutton on a hybrid working basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an OT with strong community or social care experience who is confident managing complex cases and completing adaptations assessments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of residents with complex needs

  • Complete Moving & Handling assessments

  • Assess and recommend major and minor adaptations

  • Work collaboratively with service users, families, and multidisciplinary teams

  • Conduct home visits and office-based work as part of the hybrid model

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience within Social Services or a community-based role (such as rapid response)

  • Strong Moving & Handling experience

  • Experience assessing for major and minor adaptations

  • Ability to effectively manage a varied caseload

  • HCPC registered Occupational Therapist

Working Pattern

  • Hybrid working

  • Approximately 3 days office / visits and 2 days remote
