This flexible position allows you to work 1-2 days in the office each month, providing you with the balance of remote work and in-person collaboration.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting assessments and preparing reports for court hearings.
- Collaborating with families, legal representatives, and other professionals to develop effective care plans.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and safeguarding policies.
- Providing support and guidance to families throughout the legal process.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to case discussions.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
- Registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in child protection and family court processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
