Qualified Social Worker - Safeguarding Early Response Team
Location: Worcestershire
Pay Rate: Competitive (Please enquire)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join the Safeguarding Early Response Team in Worcestershire.

Key Responsibilities:

Progress the day-to-day operational duties of the Safeguarding Early Response Team

Promote early preventative action to help individuals stay safe and manage risks effectively

Drive best practice in safeguarding across the team and wider service

Produce evidence-based safeguarding decision-making forms and complete low-risk safeguarding enquiries

Represent the team in multi-agency meetings and promote strong partnership working

Manage a high-volume and fast-paced safeguarding caseload with efficiency and resilience

Essential Requirements:

Qualified Social Worker with current Social Work England registration

Strong experience in adult safeguarding

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and multi-agency working skills
