We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Qualified Social Worker to join our Adult's Social Work Locality Team in North Lincolnshire. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals' needs and developing tailored care plans.
  • Working collaboratively with service users, families, and other professionals to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Monitoring and reviewing care plans to adapt to changing needs and circumstances.
  • Providing advice, support, and advocacy to individuals and their families.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with local and national regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience in adult social work, particularly in a locality team setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
