We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join our Adult Social Care team in Durham. To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • A recognized social work qualification (e.g., CQSW, CSS, or equivalent).
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working within adult social care, demonstrating a solid understanding of relevant legislation and policies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
  • Proficient in case management and report writing, with excellent organizational skills.
