- Providing ongoing support and advocacy to individuals and their families.
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services and interventions.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications and skills:
- A recognized Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England (or equivalent regulatory body).
- Experience working in adult services or community wellbeing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to promoting individuals' rights and dignity.
