Lancashire Council are currently seeking an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join their Family Finding Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families while working in a supportive environment.
Location: PR1 8RE, Lancashire
Rate: £36 per hour (Umbrella)
About the Role:
- Supporting and assessing foster and adoptive families to ensure safe and positive outcomes for children
- Managing complex cases within family finding services
- Collaborating closely with multi-agency partners
- Contributing to the development and delivery of high-quality services for children in care
Requirements:
- Fully qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
- Proven experience in Family Finding, Fostering, or Adoption services
- Strong assessment, case management, and communication skills
