💰 Rate: £42 per hour (Umbrella)
📍 Location: Brackmills, Northampton (Hybrid - 3 days office based)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to lead the Multi Agency Exploitation Hub. This is a specialist role managing a team of Advanced Practitioners who coordinate multi-agency responses for young people at high risk of exploitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct line management of 6 Advanced Practitioners within the Exploitation Hub
  • Lead and coordinate multi-agency responses for children at risk of criminal and sexual exploitation
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to locality teams
  • Oversee risk assessment, safety planning, and intervention strategies
  • Chair and contribute to complex exploitation strategy meetings
  • Develop mapping and identification of community hotspots
  • Ensure practice aligns with contextual safeguarding and trauma-informed approaches

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a Team Manager within Children's Services (MANDATORY)
  • Strong experience in Multi Agency Exploitation / MACE / exploitation hubs (MANDATORY)
  • Extensive background working with children at risk of:
    • Criminal Exploitation (CCE)
    • Sexual Exploitation (CSE)
    • Trafficking
  • In-depth knowledge of safeguarding policies and procedures
  • Experience in risk analysis, safety planning, and multi-agency working
  • Sexual Exploitation Training required
  • SWE Registration & UK Local Authority experience

Important:

  • Candidates without Team Manager experience in exploitation hubs will be rejected
  • Minimum 4 years TM experience is essential - no exceptions

Working Arrangements:

  • Hybrid working - 3 days office-based
  • Office Location: Child Exploitation Hub, Criminal Justice Centre, Pavilion Drive, Brackmills, NN4 7SL
