Derbyshire - Qualified Social Worker (Adults) - South P&P Team
£33-34 per hour

Location: Derbyshire Dales South (rural area)

Eden Brown Synergy is seeking a Qualified Social Worker to join the South P&P Team in Derbyshire Dales South. This role requires a social worker with at least 3 years post-qualifying experience and the ability to drive, due to the rural nature of the area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake safeguarding work and mental capacity assessments.
  • Work within the duty system, providing timely and effective responses.
  • Complete CHC/DST assessments with a reasonable level of knowledge.
  • Ensure effective support and safeguarding for adults within the community.
  • Spend at least one day in the office and be available when on duty.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years post-qualifying experience in adult social work.
  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding and mental capacity assessments.
  • Understanding of duty systems and social work processes.
  • Reasonable experience of CHC / DST assessments.
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • SWE REGISTERED
