About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of Norfolk's newly implemented Family Help model, a progressive approach aligned with the National Children's Social Care Review (2022) and Stable Homes Built on Love (2023).

You will work within a multi-disciplinary team focused on early intervention, relationship-based practice, and achieving sustainable outcomes for children and families.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a varied caseload including Child Protection, Assessments, and Court Work
  • Working collaboratively within a multi-agency environment
  • Delivering direct work with children and families
  • Contributing to early intervention strategies to improve long-term outcomes
  • Supporting families through preventative and protective frameworks

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Social Worker with 3+ years post-qualified experience within UK Local Authorities
  • Social Work England registration
  • Proven experience in Child Protection, Assessments, and Court Work
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
