We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join a dynamic Integrated Neighbourhood Team in Suffolk. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, with approximately 40% home working.

SWE REGISTERED

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking Care Act Assessments
  • Completing Mental Capacity Assessments
  • Providing duty cover within the team
  • Supporting and mentoring other team members with casework
  • Conducting reviews, including reablement reviews
  • Managing Direct Payments
  • Working with Digital Care systems

What We're Looking For:

  • Qualified Social Worker with relevant registration
  • Strong experience within Adult Social Care
  • Ability to manage complex cases and support team development
  • Excellent assessment and communication skills
