Cheshire East - Team Manager - Integrated Front Door Team
Cheshire East Council is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Team Manager to join their Integrated Front Door Team.
Location:- Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe
Pay Rate:- £45.00 per hour (Umbrella)
Working Pattern: - Hybrid Opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Integrated Front Door Team to ensure effective service delivery
- Provide strong leadership, supervision, and support to social work staff
- Oversee safeguarding decisions and ensure timely risk assessments
- Manage incoming referrals and coordinate appropriate interventions
- Ensure compliance with statutory responsibilities, policies, and procedures
- Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to deliver positive outcomes
- Monitor team performance, case progression, and quality assurance standards
- Support service improvement and promote best practice across the team
Essential Requirements:
- Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
- At least 3 years' experience as a social worker within children's services
- Social Work England Registration
- Driving license and access to own vehicle
